THE GOOD QUESTIONS
Before the
first hello.
A few things to ask when planning a grooming visit.
What do you need to know about my dog?
Their size, breed or coat type, age, grooming history and any relevant sensitivities or handling concerns. Avoid sending medical records through a general enquiry form.
How is the price decided?
The work involved depends on coat type and condition, size and the agreed service. The scope and price should be confirmed before the appointment.
Can you help a nervous dog?
Tell the groomer what your dog finds difficult before arranging a visit. A first introduction or a different approach may be discussed; suitability is assessed individually.
What should I bring?
A lead and any information the groomer has asked for. Confirm arrival, collection and vaccination requirements directly.
Does an enquiry book an appointment?
No. A date, time, scope and price need to be agreed directly. The form sends an enquiry only.
